Placing an Order

When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Tilley & Grace for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been dispatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the dispatch of the item(s). Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will refund your card as soon as practical and in any case within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value.

Pink Points Loyalty Scheme

To qualify for Points you must register for an online account. To create an account, click here.

Purchases made using guest checkout will not add points to your account, please ensure you are signed in to earn your points for every purchase.

Any points accrued from purchases that are later returned will be automatically removed from your account. 

Points are redeemable online at www.zedongmall.com or our stores in Aldeburgh, Woodbridge, Southwold, and Holt.

Points cannot be earned or redeemed in our Holt Outlet store.

Each point is equal to £1 and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Once you reach a redeemable number of points, a voucher will be made available for you to spend. Add this voucher code at the checkout to have your discount applied. 

Purchases of gift cards and purchases made using gift cards do not qualify for points.

Delivery charges are not included when calculating your earned points. You do not earn points from the delivery charges.

When redeeming points, the delivery fee will not be included in the discount given.

Tilley & Grace may transfer, cancel, withdraw or alter any Pink Points balance at any time, including these Terms and Pink Points Rewards account, without notice.

By signing up to our rewards programme you agree to receive emails from Tilley & Grace. These emails are designed to include content relating to your rewards, your points balance, and news relating to the points programme. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. 

Refer A Friend

Our Give 15%, Get 15% is available for new customers referrals only. A new customer referral is a person who has not shopped with Tilley & Grace before. If the referrer tries to send a code to an existing customer, the code will not send.

The referrer may send unlimited referral codes, as long as they are sent to new customers.

The referrer is only eligible for 15% off if their new customer referral spends with their referral code.

Special Offers & Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion nor are they valid for the purchase of gift vouchers. If a promotion is valid only for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include delivery or the cost of a gift box. Free gifts: If a free gift is added with orders over a certain amount and items are returned so that the order is under the threshold amount, that gift must be returned or it will be charged at the advertised amount.

Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within five to seven working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Jewellery Care

Tilley & Grace jewellery is gold, silver or rhodium plated on a base metal. All jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel-free. We advise that no liquids (including perfume, moisturisers and cleaning fluids) come into contact with the jewellery as this may cause dis-colouration. Tilley and Grace cannot be held accountable for this and cannot accept returns for this cause.

Returns Policy

Online Orders

You may return any products within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange as long as those products are unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or not as ordered, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us. In the case of faulty items, we will send out a freepost envelope for the return of the goods.


In-Store Purchases

We understand that sometimes you change your mind and would like to return or exchange your purchase.  This can be done in any of our stores (excluding outlets), within 14 days of purchase.  Please take your receipt and your unworn, tagged goods to any of our shops and the staff will happily process this for you.

Retail Show Purchases

Only fully priced items can be returned or exchanged, when purchased from a show.  Please do this by downloading a returns form and sending your item back to Head Office or reaching out to us at dong@zedongmall.com.

We strictly accept no returns on discounted/sale/faulty items purchased at a show.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment & Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card, debit card or Tilley and Grace gift vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
